Viera is a master-planned community in central Brevard County on Florida's Space Coast. The Viera Company is the master developer, and the community grew out of the Duda family legacy. Today it mixes neighborhoods, parks, shopping, offices, and county government buildings, with new phases still being built.

Viera is not one neighborhood. Homes sit in different villages with layered associations, some areas carry Community Development District assessments, and active construction continues in newer phases. The right fit depends on your commute, how new you want the home to be, and the total monthly cost, not only the price.
I'll be honest with you about the tradeoffs, including the ones that do not show up in listing photos. That is what this site is for.
On the plus side, Viera offers planned neighborhoods, parks, shopping, newer homes, and quick access to I-95. The tradeoffs: many homes sit under more than one association, some areas carry CDD assessments on the tax bill, insurance and flood zone checks vary by address, and construction is still active in newer phases.
My Viera communities comparison and ownership cost guide go deeper on each one.

My wife and I were relocating and had a lot of unknowns going into the process. What stood out most about Carrie was how easy she made it to stay informed. She reached out proactively, followed up without us having to ask, and was always available when we needed to talk something through. We never once felt left in the dark. For anyone making a big move like we did, that kind of communication is everything. We're so thankful we had Carrie on our side.
Moving from out of state is overwhelming enough without having to wonder if your real estate agent is actually paying attention. Carrie was different from the start. She responded quickly, kept us in the loop without us having to chase her down, and always took the time to actually answer our questions — not just give us a generic response. My husband kept saying he finally felt like someone was actually working for us. That meant everything during such a stressful time. We're so grateful we found her.
Carrie has been superb! She has thought of all our needs through the whole process of relocating from Utah to Florida. She really jumped in and helped us every step of the way. Can’t thank her enough! She made it so easy even when things seemed daunting. She is a great realtor who has your back. Friendly and a pro at her job.
This lady is a awesome realtor I'm all the way on the other side of the map she's exiting and extremely fun and knows what she's doing and she actually lives where your asking about ...
I honestly can’t say enough good things about Carrie. She was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. What stood out to me the most was her patience, kindness, and how genuinely she cared about helping us. She never made us feel rushed or pressured, even when things became stressful or complicated. Carrie was always there when we needed her, answered every question, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. She treated us like more than just clients — she truly made us feel like family. Buying or selling a home can be overwhelming, but having Carrie by our side made such a huge difference. Her dedication, professionalism, and heart are truly hard to find. We are so grateful we had Carrie as our realtor and would recommend her to anyone looking for someone who will genuinely care about their experience. Thank you, Carrie, for your patience, hard work, and for being absolutely wonderful!
With retirement looming, we decided to buy a condo in our home town to ease the transition. We knew exactly what we wanted, and enlisted Carrie to help make it happen. She is an excellent communicator and negotiated our sale exactly how we wanted it. I trusted her so much in our purchase, so I enlisted her assistance to purchase my mom's new condo and sell her place. Carrie was very patient dealing with my mom's wish list and preferences. We found the perfect place and Carrie had to enlist top-notch negotiation skills to deal with a challenging seller and agent. In a tough Cocoa Beach condo market, she was able to get mom's condo sold within two weeks. Her marketing photos and video were highly professional which helped seal the deal! Thanks so much, Carrie, for your patience, marketing, and selling/buying prowess.
Absolutely fantastic to work with! I represented the buyer, and she was the listing agent, and I couldn’t have asked for a better agent on the other side of the transaction. Her communication was on point from beginning to end—responsive, professional, and always working toward solutions. What impressed me most was that her heart was truly in the entire transaction. She represented her sellers extremely well while also understanding and respecting the buyer’s side, which makes such a difference in getting everyone successfully to the closing table. Professional, genuine, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I would gladly work with her again! Nancy Corso, REALTOR
I was looking to buy my first home. I was impressed with how quickly Carrie was able to get me touring the homes that I was interested in. When I decided on a home, Carrie made the process of making an offer and navigating the contracts smooth and manageable. Although I never directly spoke with the seller, Carrie did a great job in keeping the seller and I well-informed. I never felt like I was forgotten about, and I never felt unsure about what was happening. Carrie was there every step of the way, answering all my question and moving things along quickly and properly. Although, ultimately, I made the decision to back out of the purchase, it was a pleasure working with Carrie. I will certainly be reaching out to her again when I am ready to purchase a home in the future and I will certainly be recommending her to any friends looking to buy a home. Thank you again, Carrie.
New construction
Yes. The builder's sales team works for the builder. Having your own representation from the first visit means someone on your side is reading the contract, comparing incentives, and checking the lot. Builder policies may require your agent to be registered at your first visit, so reach out before you go and I'll set up the appointment.
